For multiple seasons I followed and documented the Cape Town City FC open team, in and out of the change-room and across the pitch for their home games. Getting to know the inner workings of both the team dynamic and individual personalities fascinates me and the continual challenge to keep pushing the creative context and output was very rewarding. Spending my time behind the camera observing and story-telling for this team was an ever-changing educational and inspiring experience.
